On Dec. 3rd a student from OCC – Mara James an avid supporter (in a cheerleader way) of our club donated $250.00. She and a newly formed student aid group she started with classmates solicited the funds and supplies from a number of companies benefitting various areas of the campus. These particular funds ere solicited from her parent’s company to the Pirate’s Cove and that will be matched! (Per our Mom Allison) and go along ay in providing for students in need – many are single moms and it helps greatly.
