Cathy Standiford, a retired City Manager and Local Government Consultant, a volunteer mentor for Write Girl, is a 30-year member of Soroptimist International and a member of our club, Soroptimist International of Huntington Beach. As a woman of faith, Cathy believes it is her purpose to serve, mentor, and empower young women.
